LET’S HELP THE ARTISTS

Aiutiamo gli artisti

Started from an idea by the gallery dealers Hélène de Franchis (Studio la Città, Verona), Alessandro Pron (Galerie Italienne, Paris), and by the critic Marco Meneguzzo, together with the fundamental support of Angelo Martini, director of the auction house of the same name in Brescia, the AIUTIAMO GLI ARTISTI project is an auction that will take place from 15 to 21 June 2020.
With respect to the hundreds of auctions that have taken place in these months in favour of institutions and organisations on the front line to combat the sanitary emergency taking place, this initiative is an absolute novelty. The auction has been devised in order to give concrete help to the protagonists of the art world, the ARTISTS, who recently have given, with wholly admirable aims, their works for charitable causes, but who have too often been forgotten.

The auction sale will take place online on a platform made available by the Martini Studio d’Arte (https://www.martiniarte.it/) and the proceeds will be shared out in the following way:

– 70% for the artists
– 20% for the organising galleries
– 10% for the auction house.

Each artist can propose 2 works of an acceptable size and with a market value ranging from €2,000 to €10,000.
In order to take part it is necessary to sign up on the site www.martiniarte.it
Once you have registered, you must enter the site and make your offer.
The auction will close on 21 June 2010 at 8 p.m.
