Once again Studio la Città will be taking part in ArtVerona 2009. The innovation this year will be that the fair will be taking place at the same time as Abitare il Tempo, the fair of design and interior design which, this year, will be dialoguing with contemporary art within the spaces of Veronafiere. Amongst others, we will be showing in our booth works by Gabriele Basilico, Vincenzo Castella, Lucio Fontana, Herbert Hamak, Jacob Hashimoto, Izima Kaoru, David Lindberg, Hiroyuki Masuyama, Balaji Ponna, and Hema Upadhyay. Now, for the first time since the fair began, Studio la Città will be collaborating with the Veronese ARTERICAMBI gallery and together we will be devoting an ample space to showing artists´ videos. During the opening hours of the fair we will – in the Videorama section, a booth created specially for this occasion – project works selected from the videos represented by both galleries. The public will find available a detailed programme of the projections which will be shown, in groups of three, during the five days of the fair. Studio la Città will, what is more, be present in the exhibition Visione Video, curated by Maria Rosa Sossai, with the work Magic Window by the American artist Brian Alfred.
