From 13th to 15th October 2023 Studio la Città and La Città Projects will be present at Art Verona with two very special stands.

Studio la Città is in fact following up on the project History does not repeat itself, but it rhymes curated by Giorgia Lucchi Boccanera and Hélène de Franchis.

Born from the collaboration with Boccanera Gallery and launched last September in the gallery’s exhibition spaces at Lungadige Galtarossa 21 in Verona with the exhibition of the same name, running until 11 November, the project is further developed in the stand inside the fair with further works by the artists on show and integrated with works by other artists.
The two galleries with adjoining stands (Hall. 12 stand H 2 and I 1) present a layout to be discovered, closed to the outside and articulated in an internal itinerary where, in addition to works by Cristian Avram, Linda Carrara, Andrea Fontanari, Veronica de Giovanelli, Gabriele Grones, Debora Hirsch, Federico Seppi, Vincenzo Castella will be exhibited an iconic work by Michelangelo Pistoletto Il Tavolo – Divisione Moltiplicazione (1973 project), a 1972 work by David Leverett, some works by Emil Lukas, Jacob Hashimoto, Luigi Carboni, Hiroyuki Masuyama, Lucas Reiner, Andre Woodward and the recent works by Davide Quadrucci, whose solo exhibition is currently being held in the spaces of Boccanera Gallery in Trento.

The stand of La Città Project is instead entirely dedicated to Herbert Hamak.
It features various works by the artist who has been collaborating with Studio la Città for over thirty years. After last year’s large solo exhibition and the publication of his extensive monograph, this small island exhibition once again focuses on his works in resin and coloured pigments, some of which have never been exhibited before.
