For his 4th participation to Ventura Projects design fairs in Milan, the Argentinean artist Daniel González presents a unique 3D wallpaper concept in Mylar and a selection of sequinned flower pots in unique pieces.
The 3D wallpaper concept by Daniel González is based on a unique collage technique employing Mylar (metallic polypropylene) as main raw material. The artist takes this technique to a further step in order to create wonder inside the living space, like ephemeral works of design inviting us to celebrate every moment of our lives, pondering through its dazzle the delicate minimalist compositions. Carefully cut-out by hand, each Mylar stripe defines the surface of this wallpaper concept, densely-stitched intersecting stripes, which generate an interplay of light and reflections. The 3D wallpaper by Daniel González models natural and artificial light in the living space creating a unique interior design solution for hallways, living rooms, library walls, interconnecting areas and studios.
