FLORIO PUENTER

Florio Puenter was born in 1964 in the Engadine, Switzerland, lives and works between New York and the Engadine.
During his frequent travels in the world of images, Florio Puenter found historical photographs and then refotographed the same place from the same observation point. What interests us immediately about his work is how he revisits the history of photography by rediscovering things that challenge the vision of the photo as a revolutionary device.
