LA FINESTRA SUL CORTILE, 2017

The catalogue presents a selection of works from two prestigious Italian private collections, the Panza Collection and the Berlingieri Collection, in dialogue with some of the masterpieces kept by the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Milan. The exhibition, articulated on the three floors of the museum, recalls in its construction the famous film by Hitchcock of 1954 from which it takes the title. The exhibition combines works by modern, contemporary and nineteenth-century artists including Christo, Dan Flavin, Joseph Kosuth, Richard Long, Giulio Paolini, Richard Serra, Rudolf Stingel to Giovanni Fattori, Francesco Hayez, Edouard Manet, Giorgio Morandi.
