Nicholas Edward Cave was born in Australia in 1957.
A tour of Cave’s fantastic Soundsuits sculptures offers an insight into his use of fabricated and handcrafted textiles created from materials such as bottle caps, old toys and hair, in a volume that explores his themes of ceremony, identity and myth in various traditions and culture.
