VINCENZO CASTELLA, Torino, Il nuovo Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile
Vincenzo Castella born in Naples in 1952 and now lives in Milan.
The Turin Automobile Museum is not a museum like any other. The visitor is immersed in a virtual journey that leads him to relive the extraordinary odyssey of one of the most important inventions of the last century: the automobile. Vincenzo Castella was able to document the specificity of this new museum with his very personal images and to show the many aspects of the collection. The photographs in the catalog are accompanied by essays by Jean-Luc Monterosso and Adele Re Rebaudengo and by Francesco Zanot, while the texts by Cino Zucchi, François Confino and Emanuela Recchi trace the evolution of the project and the pieces from the collection of the Automobile Museum.
